Our Gehring components can be applied both in our honing machines and in independent gauging machines. The gauge plug, transducer and gauging computer are ideally coordinated. Our high quality gauging systems stand out due to their high measurement precision. While our honing machines ensure precision and functionally optimized surfaces, our gauging systems allow for the achieved quality to become visible.
Gauging Computer
Our gauging computer enables the clear representation of our measured results on the user interface of the Gehring operator panel. Hereby, the operator can use the exact same interface as for the operation of the respective honing machine. A uniform system allows for a combined handling of honing machine and gauging system. The measured data can easily be saved in the documented history of the GOP if the customer wishes to do so.
Gauging Mandrel
With the new Gehring gauging mandrel, we are able to present our customers an accurate and standardized measuring tool for bore control. The Gehring gauge mandrel is characterised by the high robustness of pneumatic measuring systems, combined with outstanding measuring accuracy and a hard TiN-surface.
Digital Transducer
The new digital transducer was developed in order to avoid the disadvantages of analog systems. It further allows for multichannel measuring and simple calibration for specific workpieces.
Exchange and installation can be performed without a computer. Via electrical signals, the transducer directly transfers the pneumatic measuring results of the gauge plug to the gauging computer.
