Honing PERFECTly CONTROLLED

Our honing control was especially developed for honing processes and has already proven its value worldwide. Thanks to our software, we meet highest requirements with regard to the interaction of individual components such as cylindromatic or in-process gauging.

The Gehring honing control allows for controlled stroke speeds and a high degree of accuracy for switch-over processes.

The user-friendly, well-structured interface of the Gehring Operator Panel (GOP) simplifies the handling.

In the basic overview, transports, processing and gauging stations of the machine are clearly arranged and displayed. The status of every operation within the honing unit is highlighted in color, which allows the operator to see which station has finished certain operations.

If required, individual units can easily be deselected and deactivated. For other actions, the operator can click through the individual stations.

Once calculated via a pneumatic air measuring device, the bore diameter and conicity are graphically displayed on the GOP display.

With the built-up sensors, our energy efficiency monitor displays all major energy drivers at one glance. Whether air, water or electricity consumption - you can easily maintain an overview of the process.
