KieWis at Gehring

The students waited eagerly to visit the company Gehring. The training managers and trainees introduced the company to the third graders and organized a small factory tour.
The focus of the visit was the production of their own steamroller, which they had previously designed together during class as a model. The production then took place in our training workshop with the support of our trainees. The students were able to go through a complete manufacturing process and built their own steamrollers with the trainees. During lunch in our canteen, the students talked about their self-made examples and experiences.
We had a lot of fun and are looking forward to Thursday, when the second group comes to visit!
