On 03.11.2018, nine teams from different companies went to Esslingen am Neckar and participated in the IG Metall-Jugend football tournament 2018. Our apprentices from Gehring were also there to defend their title.

At 6:21 am our journey started with the Flixtrain to Berlin. Less than 7 hours later, we exchanged the Stuttgart cityscape for that of the German capital. After arriving at the guest house of the YMCA in Kaulsdorf, we first moved into our rooms.

This morning our instructors welcomed the new apprentices and dual students. The time has come for the prospective electronic technicians for industrial engineering, industrial mechanics and MechatronikPlus students - they can look forward to an instructive and comprehensive education within the next few years ....

On Wednesday, the "BetriebsFerien", company holidays, took place at Gehring. The "BetriebsFerien" are a project in the district of Esslingen, where around 50 industrial companies, retailers, craft enterprises and institutions open their doors during the summer holidays for interested students.

Last Sunday at 10 o'clock in the morning the Gehring - Team had to give its all paddling. With motivation and ambition, we participated in the social project, which benefits the Children's Hospital Esslingen. As soon as the team got into the canoes the paddling started right away!

Yesterday, 15 colleagues from Gehring took part in the B2Run company run, around the stadium of VfB Stuttgart. Under the motto "Move forward together" the brave runners headed to the starting line and completed the 5.6 km

Hello my name is Jeylen and I had a one-week internship at Gehring! From day one I had a look at the different departments and areas of the company. I received hands-on experience right away.

The students waited eagerly to visit the company Gehring. The training managers and trainees introduced the company to the third graders and organized a small factory tour.

Yesterday, the hands-on roadshow took place at the Knowledge Factory Forum in Stuttgart! Around 250 visitors arrived at the event and made the day a success.

After receiving a secondary school certificate and a completed internship at Gehring, Johanna attended the career fair in the Neckar Forum in Esslingen. At our training booth, she learned about her career opportunities at Gehring.
