Our Gehring components can be applied in our honing machines as well as in independent gauging machines. The gauge plug, transducer and gauging computer complement one another perfectly in an ideal harmonized system. Whereas our honing machines ensure precision and functionally optimized surfaces, our gauging systems make the quality that has been achieved visible.
Gauging Computer
Our gauging computer enables the clear representation of our measured results through the user interface of the Gehring operator panel. Thus, the operator uses the same interface as for the operation of the honing machine. A standard system facilitates the combined handling with the honing machine and the gauging system. In addition, the measured data is saved in the history of the GOP.
Gauging Mandrel
With the new Gehring gauging mandrel we offer our clients an accurate and standardized measuring tool for bore control. The innnovative features of our gauge mandrel are the high robustness of a pneumatic measuring system combined with high measuring accuracy and a hard TiN-surface
Digital Transducer
The new digital transducer was developed to avoid the disadvantages of analog systems. It offers multichannel measuring and simple component specific calibration. Exchange and installation can be performed without a computer. The transducer transfers the pneumatic measuring values of the gauge plug via electrical signals to the gauging computer.
