Technical highlights The gear tool is designed for pre rough honing and stock removal up to 0.3mm is possible. In combination with our gear wheel fixture it has a stable counter-guide and in process gauging is made possible by integrated air measuring nozzles. Internal cooling is possible by means of ahigh coolant supply. Furthermore, the tool has automatic retraction and a connection to the hydraulic expansion chuck.
